Refund policy

https://www.3dcrystaltag.com.au/ handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. All refunds are made at the discretion of https://www.3dcrystaltag.com.au.

  • If you are not satisfied with the outcome, please let us know so that we can make it right as we believe in building long-term relationships.
  • Moreover, you can choose between a refund or exchange if the product is faulty, different than the sample or wrongly described. However, the color of the product might have a slight difference in its color than shown on the website.
  • Refunds and exchanges can be done within 30 days once the product is purchased. Please keep the receipt as a valid proof of purchase.
  • Mostly, returns will be credited to your original method of purchase.  
  • If the received product is damaged or has an objective flaw, we urge you to send us the photo within 48 hours of receiving it. You have to send that faulty crystal back to us with your own arrangements. We'll remake the new crystal & ship it to you, once we will receive the replacement (defective) item.

Order Cancellation

  • For any reason if you change your mind after placing the order & your cancellation comes within 15 minutes of placing an order, we'll provide a full (100%) refund.
  • If the order gets cancelled after 15 minutes you'll get refund of less $24.99 as we'll immediately start working on your order once cancellation period is over i.e. 15mints.
  • Once order is produced but hasn't shipped yet & you cancel it, we'll refund 50% only.
  • In case you would like to change your photo for 3D engraving, it will cost extra $24.99 to redoing 3D work, provided your chosen crystal hasn't been engraved yet.
  • Once you received a crystal, for custom engraving if there is no defects or flaws in it, it would be non-refundable.
